Prevention of Heart Disease

The lifestyle you choose and the way you treat your body are two crucial factors that determine your heart health.

There are several things you can do to improve your heart condition. You need to make sure that you maintain a healthy diet, exercise regularly, maintain a healthy weight and have regular blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol tests.

It’s also important to stop smoking (if you smoke) and limit your intake of alcohol and other harmful substances.
